Prioritize Your Worry: Carlos Camacho Psychologist / Author

Prioritize your worry.
Get a piece a of paper and right down the things you wanna worry about.
Then rate them with the most important one on top of the list.
Look at it everyday and re-evaluate the list and the priority.
Sounds strange but it'll work.
We HAVE to worry about stuff, it's the way we are made.
Don't fight it, organise it!
Prioritize you worry so your brain knows how much importance and energy you are willing to expend on each thing.
